All services are subject to a formal agreement or project scope shared with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms

  • Review and approve deliverables within the given timelines

  • Respect intellectual property and not reuse work without permission

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments must be made in full or as per the agreed milestones before service delivery.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and marketing strategies created by TurnDigitals remain the property of TurnDigitals until full payment is received.

Once the full payment is made, the client will have full rights to use the final deliverables. However, TurnDigitals reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio or case studies.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or ad conversions.

TurnDigitals is not liable for any:

  • Business losses

  • Data loss

  • Downtime

  • Third-party service failures

All services are provided “as is.”

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Any outstanding payments become due immediately

  • TurnDigitals may retain or revoke access to any work not fully paid for

We may use or suggest third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the reliability or privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
